In a serene setting, we’ll explore deep, intentional breathing and embrace discomfort as pathways to healing, resilience, and renewal in body, mind, and spirit. Through guided practice, teaching, and spacious time to rest and reflect, we create room to slow down, release what no longer serves us, and awaken more fully to life, presence, and God’s renewing work within us.
